We never want insurance concerns to come between you and your health, so we have created a program to help you obtain high quality dental services at our office at a price you can afford with our Dental Membership Savings Plan.
One low annual fee includes:
- (2) Basic Teeth Cleanings
- (2) Comprehensive Dental Examinations
- X-rays Needed To Complete The Exams
- An In-home Teeth Whitening Kit
- 15% Discount On Dental Procedures
Program Cost and Exclusions
Costs:
- The cost for the primary plan member is $349. Each additional family member is at a reduced cost of $299
- Plans renew annually
Exclusions:
- Yearly benefits do not carry over past anniversary date of membership plan
- Periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery or pedodontics requiring services by a doctor outside of our practice
- Participants cannot use other dental coverage in conjunction with our plan
- Services for injuries or conditions, which are covered under Worker’s Compensation or Employer’s Liability laws

Is this an insurance plan?
Definitely not—it is much better! With our office’s Dental Membership Savings Plan there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. You are in the driver’s seat able to make decisions about your dental health based on your needs.
What about family coverage?
You can purchase memberships for your spouse and children up to age 23 as long as they are full time students. We understand family budgets, so the cost for additional memberships is reduced by $50, providing an instant savings without any reduction of benefits!
How do I pay for this plan?
There are two options:
- Pay the entire membership fee in full at signup
- Make a small down payment and pay the remaining balance over equal monthly installments for the remaining eleven months
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or bank draft.
I own my own business. Can I give memberships to my employees as part of a benefit plan?
Yes! A membership for your employees should be tax deductible for you and is viewed as a high value benefit by employees. If you are an employee, give us your employer information and we will contact them about this great benefit!
Do I still schedule my cleanings the same way?
Yes, nothing changes except you will have more flexibility to schedule those appointments when it is most convenient for you.
